This notice covers the site fll.auroramath.fi and the FIRST LEGO League activity it supports in Finland.
What we collect
Team registration form: coach name, email, phone number, school name, city, number of teams, registration type, hardware used and edition.
Contact form: first name, last name, email, topic, message and the page the message was sent from.
Site statistics: only with your consent, see the cookie policy.
Server logs: IP address and browser details, kept for technical operation and security.
Why we use it, and on what basis
Form data is used to process registrations, run the competition season and answer enquiries. The basis is preparing and performing an agreement, together with the association’s legitimate interest in running its activities.
Statistics are used to improve the site. The basis is consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
The site runs on a Hetzner server in Germany (EU).
A notification about each new form submission is sent to Telegram so that enquiries are answered in time. The notification contains the details given on the form. Telegram may process data outside the EU.
Site statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited if you have given consent.
We do not sell data and do not release it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Registration data is kept for the competition season and afterwards for as long as monitoring and reporting to funders require.
Enquiries are kept until the matter is handled and deleted within a reasonable time after that.
Children
The forms on this site are meant for adults: a team is registered by a teacher or another adult coach. We do not collect information about children through these forms.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format.
